ChainGPT needed to ship a wide Web3 and AI product suite, including DAO governance, staking, vesting, AI news, crypto assistants, NFT generation, and a companion mobile app, under fast-moving Agile delivery with direct client involvement, where scope and requirements could shift as the crypto market and client priorities evolved. Coordinating that many distinct modules, each with its own technical complexity, risked turning into disjointed parallel workstreams rather than one coherent product ecosystem.

I took full Agile ownership of delivery, from sprint planning through client alignment. On the product side, that meant delivering Web3 application modules for DAO, Staking, Vesting, and AI News, alongside AI-based chatbot capabilities including a Crypto Trading Assistant and Smart Contract Generation, pairing blockchain mechanics with conversational AI in a way most teams keep as two separate products entirely.

I managed the AI-based NFT Generation application from requirements through release, and coordinated the mobile application delivery so the ChainGPT ecosystem stayed consistent across web and mobile rather than diverging into separate experiences. Day to day, I organized and facilitated sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostered Agile adherence and continuous improvement across the delivery cycles, and handled the client communication and requirement gathering needed to keep a fast-changing scope aligned to business needs as market conditions shifted.

Holding all of these modules to one delivery cadence, rather than letting each team run on its own timeline, was central to keeping the product ecosystem coherent instead of fragmented, and it meant regularly renegotiating priorities with the client as new opportunities in the DAO, staking, and AI-assistant spaces came up mid-sprint.

The result was a unified Web3 and AI product suite shipped across web and mobile, with governance, staking, AI chat, and NFT generation all delivered under one coherent Agile process, keeping client expectations and shipped scope aligned despite the pace of change typical in crypto product development.
